Is blowing about a 30 knot wind right now look at this the ocean is as rough as guts the camera never does it justice that's about a 30 knot win but what we're doing right now is we are going to see if we can get a couple of Taylor Sun is setting we don't have too much time here I want to see if I can get a tailor on the cook I'll.

Explain to you guys why but right now with a lager down here see if we can fish the back of this roof and get a fish on the deck oh it is actually so windy right now I hope you guys can hear me we've got the noodle rod and we've got a little bit of a bigger Rod we've got two rods right now we've got about an hour's worth of.

Sunlight left the mission right now is just to get any kind of fish on the deck I'm just being absolutely craving fish in the back of the troopy that's all I want to do one fish on the deck look at this this looks magic there's a little bit there's a little bit of a hole in the reef here we're gonna throw a few poppers around see if we can get a fish.

This is mad put about an hour's worth of light all right this is what we're doing we've got a 40 40 gram Keeling stick bait promotions Legacy we've got a fixed 6000 SW Stella let's see if we can beat this win Vlog a couple of lures at the back of this reef and get something to eat for dinner that's about 30 minutes to 40.

Minutes of sun right there and it is going to be pitch black very very soon if I can get a fish before that sun sets we're going to be frothing let's go let's go ah Straight Into the Danger Zone there come on come on eating my first car feed him up beat him up hey.

All right about about 15 to 20 cars up there no luck I'm gonna walk up here just up here over my shoulder there there's this like I don't know it just looks really good there's a little bit of current there's a lot of water rushing off the reef right now it's an outgoing tide this could be naughty this could be danger zone.

Watch these waves I every now and then there's just this Rogue set that's coming over this reef and um if that hits us we're in some big big big trouble right now we're walking through about knee-deep water puppy puppy's is on we don't have much time left look at that sound that Sunny.

Whoosh come on show me that fish again that has got me hard racing boy he was a big dog you've got to be kidding me have a look at this that sun is sitting in the background there it's a banging Sunset boy we just lost one of the biggest Halo I've seen probably all year like that thing was that thing pushed over a meter.

Easy that was a slob of a fish I've just been peeping Lewis ever since that thing hit that hit that lure I've just been casting flat out obviously we've got no fish we've got a little bit of a steam back to the car the car's parked down the coast up there look at this man look at this Sunset right now the problem that we have in our hands is.

That I have not got a fish on the deck which means this is turning into one hell of a fishing Mission I'm not going to give up until we get a fish on the deck in this episode so that's what we're doing tomorrow morning I'm gonna either come back here and see if we can recap that slob or if the weather Gods play in our favor we're going to be out.

We're gonna take out some bigger rods this morning we're gonna take out a couple of these buddy I actually got this new lures to try this lures look really naughty so what we're going to do is we're going to troll a couple of lures around the demersal band is still on right now so we can't be catching demouses but we can catch pelagic fish.

So what I'm going for is Spanish mackerel Wahoo big dirty slob look and yellowfin tuna that is the go first coffee we're loading up the boat we're going fishing my doggies let's go see if we can get a slob on the deck all right have a go at that would y'all that's what you call some reversing and.

I'm not for often to get out there right now you don't even understand foreign like the excitement of going fishing he doesn't even know what you're gonna get Pitch Black let's go out of that Moon oh 501 in the morning let's get it done it is still pitch black right now we're.

Of here where I want to be trolling Lewis today so I'm just gonna punch it use this good weather to our advantage get to the location and we're going to start dropping some lures in the water trolling along the back of a big ledge and um hopefully we just get Tick Tick boom but right now man this is some incredibly bloody beautiful water what.

I'm going to do is I'm going to make a quick Barista session get a coffee on the pump and then we're steaming South about an hour and a half gonna be a good day all right we need to make a little bit of a barista session first there ain't nothing like a Brand New Bag of coffee to start the day.

But that was a good fish man what I'm doing right now is I'm looking for Birds there's a lot of birds that are flying around but they're not really diving they're just flying they're scoping out the water there's a lot of bait on the sound are coming up but also there's not really a lot of fish in the boat we've just had our first run then.

Are swimming in between them and we're just gonna get tight lines but um until then it is a beautiful day out here man the wind's dropped off a little bit it is now 9 42 in the morning so a few hours have passed we've got one little hit but the wind is starting to drop off so it's really good but he's gonna keep cruising around.

We're gonna find this big dog that's what I've been doing my doggies I'm gonna pull on the pin on trolling to punch back into the mainland now the wind picked up like crazy out there it was absolutely blowing its titties off with trolling around for about that one little sniff earlier but that was it so that's fishing for you so what.

Whole day but I'm coming back to the troopy now I'm gonna walk all the way back up here and we're going to cook this fish up I am starving I've been hanging out for fish for like the last three days we finally got two fish on the deck froth levels are high my doggies we're gonna cook up on hell of a feed right now that was a good morning.

Two fish we lost a couple we got two up and uh my dad said the old boy is going to come the old boy is going to come back with a couple he is honestly so far down the coast there he loves it hey all right let's go get a cook-up going I'm gonna make a Brewster session first up have a look at that thing that is gonna go so good for breakfast.

That's a slow of a tailor right there but before we do anything we need one thing we need coffees Bang fresh bag of fdys coffee big juicy Taylor that's what I'm talking about this thing's had a hard life eh there we go this little quicker doesn't work anymore too many Brewster sessions but he's a lighter but we're on Full House.

We're going it is finally time to Feast have a look at this thing that is our beautiful Taylor he's a big dog way bigger than that chopping board there's a nice fish this thing's going to be beautiful it's fresh as hell the old man's at the back he's cleaning the fish that he got we only need this one fish this thing's.

Huge man sacred to Fielding fish is a sharp knife so I'm quickly just gonna put an edge on this little knife here and we're gonna rip some tulips off this fish all right it's time to rip or fill it off what we're going to do is bring the knife up behind that petrol fin come down there on an angle.

And break its skin it's going to run this sharp knife along the back of the fish's skin just popping the skin like that and then we're just going to follow that bow in the whole way down look at that as fresh dude I can smell it it's beautiful it's soft it's fresh.

Look at that that is one big juicy field of fish right there there's not much left on the bone there flip him over to the other side but what I'll do well we've got this camera on my head rip the skin off so we're just going to come in run this knife nice and flat along that chopping board.

And just shaking the skin keeping your knife still what happens is you get a big juicy bit of skin like that and on this side you get absolutely no skin so what we'll do after that is flip him down cut down this this bloodline here see that bloodline there follow that bloodline down we're just going to cut along it.

Pushing that bit of meat to the side then all of this red meat here that's what we call blood meat that don't taste no good so you want to get rid of that so I like to cut them into little sections Bang up on his Edge if you've got a really nice sharp knife you just get it in.

And you'll be able to cut that blood meat off just like that boom get rid of that blood meat there a little bit of bone and just like that you've got a beautiful fillet we're going to be eating that right now all right there's a fish frame that we're left with there ain't much of meat.

Left on that but what I have noticed is that this here is the fish's stomach and it is as hard as rocks so what we're going to do is we're going to cut his stomach open and see what he's been eating because that right there is solid man so we're gonna put a little slit in the back of his gut there.

And I'm just going to squeeze his stomach oh look at this dude are you kidding that is a Hungry Fish Man you're joking me look at the size of that mullet that's the size of your hand it's only half the fish there's his tail.

That's a big fish they come out of that fish's stomach you are kidding I wonder why this guy's been busy how how did he even want to eat that lure after you ate that that's all it's got in his stomach is a massive mullet like that's a big mullet that's huge so that's what the Taylor do they come in and they eat the back of.

The fish and they eat the rest of the fish that's insane that's a big fish that's a big fish to come out of a fish's belly that's Papa field day he's out of here he's gonna go do a couple of things today so he's getting out of here he's had a coffee and he's out bye Papa field day.

Welcome to the kitchen this is what we've got going on bread crumbs and a little bit of flour salt and pepper all mixed together in a bag there down here this is the Tyler we've just caught this morning it is as fresh that is as fresh as it gets right there fish don't get fresher than that this is what I'm gonna be having for.

Breakfast I'll just grab the rest of the fish to my old man I don't need it this is enough for me this is a good feed right here a little bit of oil getting hot down here views look at that mate we've got some hella views so I'm gonna do is going to cut these up into little bite-sized pieces now a lot of fish here.

's our bag of goodness here's the fresh Taylor Phillips they're going straight into that bag of good goodness there give it a good old-fashioned shake up there's nothing special about this recipe but um look every man in his dog does this and they do it for a reason because it's that good give him a little bit of a shake up.

There look at this little golden brown bits of goodness pretty excited two or three minutes it's gonna be done check that out golden brown little fish nuggets my mouth is actually watering right now put a whole frying pan a little fish.

Nuggets here all right here we go the time has come to finally cook or should I say eat a little bit of fish look at these golden brown fish nuggets they're cooked to Perfection I should have probably probably thought ahead here and brought out a little bit of dipping sauce or some wraps or a big.

Burger bun we would have made a hell feed but this is all this is all I wanted to do in this episode is just catch and cook a fish down here on the beach we ended up getting it done it's a little bit of a slog but we did get it down and look at that it is worth every single second oh man.
