Oh yeah that was a ton woohoo what is going on doggies welcome back to another video holy this esky behind me here this thing weighs an absolute ton we just went out on the tinny and we did one hell of a solo tiny mission this.
Morning so right now we're about to start a mad catch and cook video oh that esk is heavy we have got some solid fish inside this esky right here but not only do we have some mad fish in the esky we've also got this this little look at this you have no idea what's in this box but you're about to find out very very.
Bloody soon it's a little treasure box and it's dope also have a look at the size of the slob that we got today actually actually hold up hold up hold up we'll rollers what i'll do is i'll roll those fishing clips on from this morning it was one hell of a day out solo on the tinny going wide and put.
It this way we have got one hell of a catch and cook to do this afternoon sun setting we're gonna make a health feed we've got a big juicy fish to fill in there and with that said i'll roll those clips on right now and then i'll see you guys back here we got some serious fish cleaning to do science yeah.

What to do about them sharks out there they are next level man but we have one of the most incredible fresh eat i love eating spanish mackerel this is a beautiful fresh fish especially when it's fresh like this look at him man he's only a pup it's only that's only a real for this fish he's only a little baby but he's going to be beautiful and.

Clean these up into beautiful little pieces of meat no skin no bone no nothing that is going to get sliced up into pieces i reckon we're going to panko crumb these ones oh it's going to be good fresh fish panko crumb is incredible in the fridge there we go we've got another beautiful slice of fish which i reckon i'm going.

Oh yeah second one in there right fork whip them up you just want to make that like a little bit of a scrambled egg mix pretty sure everyone's done panko fish before but if you haven't well i'm.
Telling you right now you are missing out you get these old panko crumbs throw up this bowl a little bit of panko little loop not too thick oh basically when i do panko i love like the little bits of fish.
They're only that that wide beautiful little round they're also almost like nuggets like little chicken nuggets i reckon my eyes are a bit bigger than me belly over here because there's a lot of fish on this plate all right what i like to do is salt it first.
Just give it all a little bit of a little bit of a salting then it's just going to go straight into that egg mix mix that up oh man this is going to be real good from there straight into the breadcrumbs boom boom boom.
Oh here we go look at that look at that for a little bit of golden brown goodness oh i'm gonna smash that it's bloody hot but that fish is just about done so once that cools down while that cools it cools down i'm gonna get this big dutsa blade and we're just gonna very finely.
Take pieces of this spanish mackerel off look at that that's paper thin this is gonna be the best it's icy cold i've had this in the freezer for like only a couple of minutes just to give it that nice chill don't want too much we just have a little taster look at that.
Go away fly definitely showing me food right now it's all right look at that mate a little bit of soy sauce straight onto that super fresh chilled fish look at that boom.
Oh man oh man oh yeah we are actually going to turn this into a proper feast that's beautiful look at that oh man i might actually make some more of that.
That's real good look at that thing it just slices have a go at that dinner is served boy oh we've got these beautiful little fresh spanish mackerel chicken nuggets sitting over here that's a super spicy sambal from indonesia and down here we've got our beautiful little bits of fresh.
Fresh as it gets sashimi oh man i'm gonna dig into this probably gonna cook more to be honest but i'm just going to smash this right now a little bit of spicy spicy sambal straight onto that bit of fish there mom oh man i missed that flavor hey that reminds me when i was back in bali.
