Today on black Scout survival I'm going to show you how to get out of handcuffs with a ladies hair barrette what's going on guys today I'm going to be showing you how to uh get out of handcuffs with a ladies hair barrette and this technique basically a shimming of the lock I have some Smith and Wesson model 100s.

These are Police Issue type handcuffs here and they can be bypassed with shimming as long as they're single lot and they're not double locked most criminals are only going to single lock the Handcuff so anyway uh how it works is is that you need a.

Thin piece of metal to slide in between the ratchet arm and the pawl there's also another set of teeth down here and it locks into place the shim a thin piece of metal can slide in between there in between these teeth and it'll disengage that bottom set of teeth and open up the lock so what you need for this is just the.

Lady's hair barrette doesn't matter what brand um just don't you know raise your wife's supplies and blame them on black scalp so anyway what you're going to do is you're going to keep this portion of the hair bread right there.

We're going to break the rest off so what we're going to do is you're going to put a bin right here should be pretty easy and that piece will snap off and so what you're left with is the the arm with the hinge there now this is going to be your shim and you can keep these on you nobody's.

Going to think anything about this right here you know it doesn't like a shim or you can keep the whole Beret in there you've seen how easy it was to snap now this is just going to be turn into your shim and we'll go ahead and put some handcuffs on and demonstrate this technique so you're going to take.

And just slide this flat piece of metal in between the teeth and the uh the arm and the Paw just slide it into this little groove right there and just force it in you can shim out of those handcuffs just like that.

Like with all things guys don't use this for legal activities um only if you're you know with strained illegally but this is just a quick tutorial on how to use let's say women's hair put a lot of women's hair product work on these type of things so just another women's hair product to get out of handcuffs or escaping evade.

This black Scout survival and today we're going to be talking about anti-kidnapping and how to get out of a rope restraint and you know the statistically through the FBI I did some research the pro majority of the time people are tied up they're tied up in the front and I'm going to guess because whenever a.

Criminal has to tie someone up in the back they have to get down low and puts them in an awkward position whereas they can hold their hands out in front of them and be at a safe distance to get out but this method is called the bite and twist and basically initially when you first get tied up you want to when they first.

Start tying you want to put pressure against that way it gives you some wiggle room okay so whenever I was getting tied up I started pushing against like this right here to give me some room and so you're going to twist and then you're going to bite and just twist just like that today I'm going to show.

You how to get out of flex cuffs and we've done videos with zip ties and stuff like that but I wanted to show you that you can uh actually cut through uh police type issue flexi cuffs like these right here a lot of people say you can or whatnot but what I'm going to use to do that is the Kevlar quarters that I sell in my store.

And you can uh just cure it because it's so you know small diameter and just pack it about anywhere and all I did for this video and you can rig this up somehow you know tuck this away but I just made foot loops with 550 paracord but you can just use the uh string here the Kevlar cordage to do the same thing and it'll.

Work so let me go ahead and get these on well it's kind of difficult to put them on yourself all right now we're locked up tight there.

And I'm just going to run this Loop or you can run the quarters through your wrist in between and now we're just gonna use a bicycle motion and just saw through just that quick I'll go ahead and salt.

To the half so you can see that now they just split that apart like it was nothing so I'll even go slow so very effective guys this Kevlar quarters will cut through wood it'll cut through PVC pipe they'll cut through about anything and.

You can rig this up in a bracelet you can put it through the 550 cord rig it up so you can always have it on your person whatever but this is a very effective method to use to escape flexi cups today I'm going to show you how to uh pick a handcuff with a binder clip now I've shown in the past how to you.

Know shim with uh barrettes and stuff like that and on the escaping evasion DVD I show how to pick single end double lock with a bobby pin and so today I'm just going to show you how to use a binder clip and uh we're gonna this is for a single lock handcuff but what you're going to do is.

You're going to squeeze that binder clip to get out the metal clip piece here now at this point all you do is kind of widen out the gate on this you're just going to stick it into the top of that keyway and shove it in just like that right there.

And it almost works as just as good as a key so you can stick it in and unlock just like that and this is something you know you can carry on airplanes and stuff like that nobody's gonna think nothing about because most people will know the bobby pin deal but they don't know the binder Club.

So that's just a quick and easy way to uh pick a single light handcuff with a binder clips  all right guys to pick a handcuff you're gonna take a Bobby pan you're gonna first remove the bulb from the tip you're gonna stick it in there.

And just bend maybe about just shove a quarter of an inch force that bend there you're then going to place it and then go towards the back of the Handcuff and kind of give it a little twist and it pops the cuff just like that and this is for single locked handcuffs so.

Whenever you're picking it on yourself you just need to orientate where the keyhole is and because the bobby pin is long you can use it that to your advantage just like that today we're going to be talking about the truth about breaking zip ties and over the years we've done a lot of videos on zip ties and stuff like.

That and I just kind of want to talk a little bit about it because I see a lot of different things out there and these zip ties you see here these are I think 150 pound test and most of the time uh you know if I was to use zip ties on someone this is what I use.

The problem is is that most humans won't be able to break out of something like this uh even with a good technique you know you have the smaller versions like this um that you could break out of and they could use these or smaller I mean it's just whatever it is but.

The thing is is that it does require a lot of strength you know I'm 225 pound guy weight lift and so I can break out of 150 pound uh you know test zip ties the thing is is that you want to carry you know obviously uh Kevlar cordage or paracord or something like that you know to use as a tool or know how to use other things as Tools in your.

Environment to you know use a friction saw or something like that we've shown in many videos and I'll link to those at the end so you can watch that I don't want to do the friction salt again but essentially if you look at you know these heavy duty ones like this and I'll just go ahead and demonstrate the technique.

Now what you want to kind of get it real tight you know and uh you know a hundred and you know 50 pound guy he won't be able to break out of this it's just just a fact you know I mean uh I'm teaching classes over the years uh smaller frame folks can't break out of these larger guys strong guys can you know even with the proper technique where you come down.

Like this right here it may not happen so you knowing the friction saw carrying that type of gear on you uh will work but you know essentially the technique you need to give it all you got no fear I see a lot of guys that come down and they get scared and they stop themselves you've got to give it all you got you know.

Um whenever you do this you've gotta just take a deep breath and just really you know give it everything you got in your chest it's going to hurt but that's just the way it is oh that hurt but it gets it done right so understand you may not be able to do that and that's nothing wrong with that.

You just gonna have the tools to uh you know Advance the advance it if you if you need to like Kevlar court or a paracord and knowing those techniques knowing how to use it maybe a ceramic razor blade and stuff like that something like our concealment belt you can carry that type of gear on you at all times so but.

That's just the truth of it I've seen guys like I've seen a video years ago this other company and dude's got a zip ties tied behind him the 150 pound he breaks them like this not happening I would like to put the zip ties on and tell them to show me how that he can do that because it's impossible I can't do that maybe if you're uh.

A Hulk you know Incredible Hulk or something you can do that but it's just not true you know video fantasy but reality I'm telling you this just for reality reasons zip ties are easily accessible widely used by bad guys so you want to be you know prepared for that type of thing what's up guys black Scout survival and today I'm going to.

Show you how to hide or conceal escape and evasion items using uh like movie makeup kits and disguising basically what we're going to do is kind of like I talked about a few years ago the bandage disguise we're going to increase it by creating a wound because I feel that um you know somebody sees this gnarly wound this pussing gnarly wound they're.

Not going to touch it and that way you could make it through an initial Escape in the situation that you're you know in a hostile area and you really need to conceal a device like this you know day-to-day life all the other things necessary but you may be in a situation where you need to conceal escaping evasion tools and and for them to pass.

The first level of inspection as always only use this for legal reasons you know don't get crazy with this kind of stuff but anyhow you know I hadn't seen anybody ever do this before I don't you know I'd like to believe I was the first one to create this however I may not have could be something done with a Central.

Intelligence Agency I would assume they probably have already got things like this going on but I just want to show you the the system that I I figured out and maybe you can adapt it to your lifestyle okay guys so we're gonna get started I have to film this at a super weird angle so bear with me.

A couple things you're gonna need you need a glue Dot and this is just something to glue the Handcuff key on you'll need some type of handcuff key um what I got is the tick and a regular handcuff key then you'll need like a bandage.

Then you'll need liquid latex scab stuff bloody scab um brush to apply it a boil wound latex boil wound you can buy these some blending makeup and so on and a sponge and blood capsule I know this is a lot but I'll make sure.

To find all the links below and I'm going to put this on my arm just for the sake of the video because it's going to make it easy but basically you're going to find a place to put this tick with the glue dot so can you see that so it's stuck to my arm from the glue Dot at this point I'm going to go ahead and.

Open up this liquid latex and like I said I'll this is like costume like movie stuff and I'll find a link to it and I just basically squirted it out I'm working on a uh throw away trash bag and what I'm going to need to do here is just to take and coat the back with the latex.

This will help it adhere to my skin you're gonna put it right over the top of of this and it's not going to want to stay because obviously because it's an object what we're going to do now is is put a little liquid latex around okay so now I've got the latex surrounding to keep it affixed to my arm.

And just glued it all down you know and now what we're going to do is we're going to take that sponge and that makeup and I'm just going to use this to blend in the the latex and it's okay the latex looks rough because it's supposed to like a a very nasty wound.

And so now that I've got that blender pretty good and you can you know blend it to your skin tone use more makeup to go around and you know just kind of blend it in the next thing we're going to do is we're going to apply the bloody scab to the inside and so this is going to.

Basically mimic is that we have a oozing wound and it's going to scab up so this is a little bit tougher than a uh or it's a little bit stays a little bit longer than.

The blood capsule where that blood capsule will just run and we're just gonna you know mix this around and you can pretty much put it on any point that you want to cover up from any mistakes you may have made from applying the makeup.

Like I said nobody's going to want to touch this thing at all especially with the bloody scab there as you see and nobody's gonna suspect you have a handcuff key hidden in here right so the next thing we're going to do is we're going to take the bandage that we're going to use you know go ahead and put it like in the.

Location of that and then you can take a blood capsule and the good thing about the blood capsule it's a tad darker than than this it looks kind of like old blood see there so let's get it mixed up on here really good so it looks like it's been just bleeding.

Now that way you can cover that up and I you may want to clean up around here or use a bigger bandage or leave it like it is somebody sees this like I said they don't want to touch it then when you open it up and I see that they're not going to look at it too long.

They're not going to suspect anyone's going through this kind of much effort to hide a handcuff key and it looks pretty realistic I'm not sure how the camera is displaying it but it looks doggone pretty realistic so there it is guys I'll finish up I cleaned up around the.

Edges of it and I'm not sure if you can pick up on camera but this thing looks pretty doggone realistic and nasty you know that Bloody scab stuff looks real so and it'll cover up any kind of inconsistencies you may have with your skin because something this opened and and nasty is going to be bleeding you.

Know some cartel guys pick you up and they're not going to mess with this they're going to be scared of infectious diseases so anyhow and you can seal the thing up you know and nobody's gonna think anything you know they see that flush color they may have been bypass it just because it's.

Managed but if they pull it open and see this all this nastiness here they're not going to suspend a handcuff keys under there you all could also hide things like ceramic razor blades and you know their size handcuff keys they well guys I like it like uh I said before I really think this will pass.

Some uh searches because nobody's going to touch this with a stick today I'm going to be talking about ene gear layering uh I know I've covered this before but I wanted to uh cover it again just to give you like my real world thoughts on it because a lot of people ask you know whenever I did the any layering video before they said man do.

You really do this every day no that that's not what I was saying I was just showing you some tips or a bunch of different tricks you can use not saying exactly this is what I do every day I was showing you a bunch of different methods and you pick what works for you but a lot of people have a hard time understanding when they see something.

That that they can have they have a choice they don't have to do exactly as we we tell them to so you do have a choice but I'm going to show you again a couple methods that I think makes it easy the thing is is you want to make it where you don't have to keep putting these things in weird places every day because you'll eventually quit doing it.

Now one thing I uh do is like especially when I'm out the country I don't typically wear it here in the U.S but usually when I go out of the country uh the we sell this paracord bracelet kit in the store and a lot this gear that you're going to see us on the store because I believe in it that's why I sell it but anyhow it's got a.

It's a paracord bracelet with a hidden handcuff key that slides out so it can go in and out you don't have to break it off like some of the other kits it just slides in and out so you can if you think you're getting a situation go ahead and pop it out hide it up in your mouth.

Ditch the bracelet and they won't know it's there you know hide in between your cheek and your gum I'll talk about that in DVD if you didn't know the escaping Invasion DVD but anyhow that's one thing you can do and I like this because it's always on me nobody's you know gonna think anything of it.

So following up with my E gear guys something else I also carry on my EDC is that this is the operative pick card and this is a titanium version we sell these in our store we sell a stainless in the titanium I mean the titanium is lighter but it is significant more significant uh more money but.

Anyhow has all the different picks the bogota's in here and uh double-sided tension wrench but always have this on me I take this through uh you know when I travel airplane stuff no problem so I don't normally carry a traditional pick set on me I carry one in my bag but this is what I have on me at all times like I said I get a few situation I can pop.

This out and pop probably this triple bugs High out and hide it somewhere in my purse and I'm going to be good to go anywhere I go it's flat so I can throw it underneath my uh shoe soles and stuff like that so that's just another option for you and like I said we sell these in our store and it's a good piece of gear another thing I do.

Daily basis I just slide this key ring into my watch pocket and the coin pocket of my pants and it has a red LED photon and then it has a standard handcuff key and a handcuffed key shim again I can pop these off if I need to but it keeps in a package I can just throw my watch pocket every day nobody's really going to think to check the watch.

Pocket you know I know a lot of your guys theories always talk about this awesome person that they do everything to disable everything most criminals aren't that smart usually they do things in the Heat of the Moment if you have somebody that really is you know planning for months or Years to you know get you.

You're probably not going to get away anyway so anyway so that's another thing um that you can just toss in your watch pocket you can do it no problem now moving on to your belt something you can do especially because that watch pocket it may be difficult for you to get that stuff in the front if you're.

Handcuffed in the back or zip tied in the back so you can take something like a handcuff key like the plastic handcuff key we sell in our store all this gear we sell in our store or you can you know cool this up the Kevlar cordage and duct tape it to the back of your belt so it's at the back here and so you can access that if you're cuffed or zip tied from.

The back and to me a lot of people you know I even talk about showing how to pick handcuffs and stuff like that and on the DVD I show you how to pick double lock handcuffs but if I'm going to carry a bobby pin I might as well just carry a handcuff key right you know the other thing is you can take these the Kevlar cord is put it underneath the insoles of.

Your shoes that way you know if you have your shoes on you have that equipment there so it just makes sense putting handcuff keys and Kevlar quarters underneath the soles of your shoes maintain when we talk about anti-kidnapping and how to get out of balance using the friction saw and I did a video on this I think two or three.

Years ago using Kevlar cordage but I want to do another one showing you that you could use paracord to do the same thing I have my wrists Tied by paracore you know 550 pounds of strength and but you can use paracord to cut through itself using the friction stall method but I did some research statistically uh I.

Think it's like 88 or something like that that people are found uh FBI criminal statistics is that the people are bound in the front instead of the back because I'm going to assume because criminals will make you put your hands out like this and they're at a safe distance to tie you up versus behind your back they have to bend over.

And they're in a vulnerable position so anyhow like let's go over the technique okay guys like I said before in a lot of videos you you know use paracord for your boot laces or you know just carry it on you because it's a versatile piece of gear but basically what you're going to do is you're going to take and run.

Your paracord through now whenever you're getting your wrist tied up you want to bounce you know find your wrist again uh your knuckles against yourself to push your wrist out so it gives you a little clearance and if you don't have the clearance just twist and try to free up a little bit like that and then slide your paracord.

Through and if you have to use your teeth the port do so be it now what you're going to do is you're going to take one of the ends and tie in just a loop and I use the sliding Loop that way it cinches down on my foot then you're going to do the same thing for the other end.

And just cinch it down on itself okay now that you have them tied you're just going to do a bicycling technique and you're going to move as fast as you can laughs and it'll cut through just like that you see the knot is still intact but that's a good method to have in your Arsenal.
