Well and then there was one what is going on my doggies welcome back to another video she's just Fallen victim to the one and only seasickness the poor thing we went we punched out so wide and as soon as we put the boat into neutral it started rocking it's pretty rough out here the wind is not forecast it's pretty windy it's not the best.
Conditions she instantly got seasick like that and um I just took her back in dropped it off at the boat ramp I punched out now we're solo we're gonna go get a fish on the deck start a fire and um all we need is one or two beautiful fish for around the fire this over it shouldn't be too hard I'm fishing one of my little honey holes.
Here every time I come here we always get a good eating fish so let's drop a jig see how we go that's bottom fishing an 80 gram pink fdys jig today just hit bottom first jig come on baby first jig to hit the bottom let's get a hook up come on.
It's another dinosaur fish that is what we call a sergeant Baker very very weird looking fish have a look at these things they're such a weird fish epic colors look at the color under that little bottom dorsal fin there epic epic looking fish we ate one of these in an episode not long ago tasted like mud this thing's going back that is first.
Jig to hit the bottom Sergeant Baker oh see ya bro oh that thing just smacked it on the drop that jig was literally just dropping to the bottom and whatever this is just ate it very close to the bottom but it wasn't right on there it's not a monster.

Well it doesn't look like Mark 10 is going to be getting herself a fish out there that is super weedy but what we got going on down here is this epic little fire pit that someone's made before beautiful little wind barrier that wind is actually coming in quite strong right now so these two pieces of tin gonna come in handy place that rock.
Up there and this right here is going to be a beautiful little cooking platform we are going to make a mouth-watering feed out here and I'm bloody excited are you excited back then yeah I'm starving oh look at this no baby that's gonna go for days all right first things first it has been.
A while since we've made a damper on the channel so that's what we're doing right now we have got a big container of self-raising flour we've got a good old-fashioned Camp oven and a little bit of water that fire down there is pumping right now it's roaring it's roaring all right so once that fire.
Gets down to a big better coals we're gonna put this down by in over there then we're going to start building that fish we are going to make a mad feed of that fish out here in the bush right now but first things first we're gonna make a damper and um this is one of my favorite things to do in the bush making down but super simple all you do is.
Whack a little bit of flour into a pot or a camp oven or something like that a little bit of water still needs a little bit more flour oh it's been a while since Mac 10's been on the videos doggies and enemy steel and I missed making damper on the beach.
In the bush how good is that nothing bait's doing what we're doing right now and then the feeder fish we're gonna cook on the Fire all right what we're gonna do here is sprinkle a little bit of flour on the table we're gonna drop this big dirty chunk of.
Bush bread in here and then we're just going to start knitting these bread up damper is one of the most simple things to make in the bush we're going really really basic with this one this is just flour and water there's no salt there's no there's nothing fancy in this oh that's looking pretty bloody good.
Once it starts doing this that's what you want to see a beautiful damper like that that is ready to rock and roll so what we're going to do is Chuck it over here out next to the floor I'm not actually going to put it in the fire what I'm going to do is grab this little.
Shovel grab a couple of those coals that have been getting made and just flick them over there don't want this to be that's going to be extremely hot we don't want to have too much heat straight off the bat so we're just going to sit down there a couple more coals on top.
We don't want too many coals to start with you don't want it to be like an incredibly insane Heat all right now we'll bring this fire back up from here on in we are winging this cooking Mission we have got one of my favorite eating fish right here bulging grouper look at the teeth on that thing.

Get stuck into making this juicy little sauce all right so we've got this new addition to our kamikotto knife set and these things this is the new knife that we've been using out here in the bush it's more of a kitchen style knife this one and this is like for cut like I just filled with.

Individually inspected they're just [ __ ] good knives so these are the original knives which we've been using in the back of the troopy for the last couple of months now and these things these things are forever in salt water we give them an absolute flog and we're not nice with our gear out here we're pretty rough with our stuff these things.
Are definitely holding up the test of time they come with a lifetime warranty they're made of the highest quality Japanese steel they're bloody good and then when your knife loses its Edge this little bad boy here comes into play so when your blade needs a little bit of loving this is what we use this is a wet stone it's a 3000 and a 1000 Grit iron.

Little bit of salt and pepper a little bit of curry powder this is just a concoction I've got really no idea what we're doing right now but I reckon it's gonna taste pretty good smoked paprika that's our last ingredient that we had in the car that's going in as well all right I'm gonna give it a big stir.
Up and just slowly let it simmer if you had a whiff of this concoction that we're making on this fire it would blow your bloody head off this smells so good we're gonna dump in these big beautiful fillets now I'm just going to chunk Chuck in big chunks of fish like that we're just going to lay them straight in there.
All right you beautiful thing simmer away that is the ideal cooking fire right now I'll give that a oh should we flip it and cover it in flavors I'll do this look what are we going to call this it's like a curry what is this.
Curry on steroids all right let that simmer away tell you what mate you really really can't beat doing this kind of thing that concoction which we made down here is done I'll put a tea towel over that to stop the flies from eating it down here the damper has about two minutes Mark 10 just put the Drone in the air literally.
