What's going on guys black Scout survival and today I'm doing a review for you and this is the EOTech XPS 2 and this is a non night vision sight and you know that could you know you may need night vision you may not just depend if you're a wreck shooter you may not need it you know it'll work and definitely love light situations for law.

Enforcement military they do offer versions of that as well but anyhow I've been running this scope I really like it it is a you know the smallest of the one of the smaller scopes they have this non night-vision and it has a you know it's a holographic sight and it has a 65 MOA ring and a 1 MOA dot inside of it but it has a.

Adjustable you know up and down on the outside and you use a flathead screwdriver I use my multi-tool but you can also has a quick disconnect feature so you can you know screw on and off with that and I put that on you have the option of mounting on another way as well but this one has the battery going sideways versus the old models and them.

Going frontways going the same you know equal to the barrel but the problem with that where they notice over in like Afghanistan is that constant shooting the light would go off now one thing about this optic is that a lot people don't like is that it does have an eight-hour auto cutoff feature well that's the conservative battery life it.

Doesn't have as good a battery life as a lot of other brand optics out there but like any points and stuff like that where you just constantly Vaughn but if that is some concern you may want to try another optic for me I think it's okay you know just keep hitting the buttons make sure it stays on you know if you're you know in your weapon for a you know.

Self self-defense or something like that you know over long period of time and whatever case that may be but anyhow we're going to a little bit of shooting and I'll show you guys a little bit about it the XPS 2 takes a cr123 battery a single cr123 battery it weighs 8 ounces there's a lot of.

Other optics out there that weigh a lot less but like I said I do like this because of the large site window versus some of the other optics out there you can quickly acquire targets you know especially for CQB close quarters combat stuff like that but I really do like it I've tried a lot of other optics out there and I just really dig that large.

Sight window and UTech has a you know good reputation with military and law enforcement so you know it's used all over the world and it's proven to be a good optic now is you got a MSRP of five hundred forty dollars I will tell you I got mine for a lot less than that so on a secondary markets there there are you know lower price options out there I.

Came out for around 400 so but I really do like I said I really do like it you can adjust you know the brightness up or down now we'll set the optic the MOA ring and dot has a little bit of a grainy type look to it you something you got to get used to it holographic sights and stuff like that but anyhow hope this helps you you know.
