what's going on guys black scout survival late night live and we're going to kind of go over more of the um texas shooting school shooting i've got a lot more information and uh kind of want to go over like the aftermath the.

Over uh the more information i received um and also one of our followers for years turns out to be the cousin of the shooter and uh he had contacted me over the past you know day we've been talking and he's been telling me give me a lot of insights scoop on stuff so i thought i.

Would go ahead and talk about it now some of this stuff has came out since uh we've been talking like i should have did a lot of last night and would have been uh ahead of everyone else but some other stuff that came out but we're gonna first start off talking about the events um and.

This attack came just two days before students were to be released for summer two days if if only two days uh you know he'd waited two days right so what i got from his uh family member um was that he was a bully loner so he he stuck to himself he was bullied all.

Throughout school he had a lisp and no friends he wound up dropping out of school because he had been picked on so much but i'm going to kind of go over some other stuff that it what it what it comes across as is that you know you know woe is him he's.

Bullied and then he did this it's not necessarily that either but uh he he worked at wendy's um after he had dropped out of school um and mark fellas is here thanks buddy good to see you um the first thing that happened um for the relative is that he had told the grandmother the grandmother had actually.

Worked at that school and he had told the grandmother what he was gonna go do the grandmother tried to stop him and uh he shot her now the initial reports is that she had passed away but she did not she uh is actually alive still um and she contacted police so like i said bad reporting there's.

Reportings all over the place even to this moment you're going to hear so many different stories from every different news outlet there's so many different stories they're trying to maybe cover up things when they're trying to make them seem like they uh you know didn't make a mistake on their strategies tactics things like that but there's so.

Many different uh reporting so it's hard to trust unless you have some kind of inside sources right so he uh like i said he told the grandmother he was coming he was going to do that and she stopped now she was retired right and he was living with his grandmother because his mother has.

Cancer and during she was scared i guess because it covered and he was having to go out and about she wanted to be alone so that's why he was living with the grandmother so he left in her truck right so his her her truck um was uh.

Some people say f150 some people say fc2 f250 i think it's i got i got a picture over here he left in her truck right but uh he does not know how to drive he doesn't have a driver's license so that's the truck right there that looks like a f-150 to me.

So he uh takes her truck down how to drive wrecks in that ditch i mean he tore the wheels off and everything like he doesn't know what he's doing so uh he apparently now this is just kind of breaking report.

Is that he lingered outside the building for 12 minutes firing shots before walking into the school okay i have a video here surveillance video of him going into the school and we'll kind of play that real quick the entry you can see there's no one there he goes.

Right in the school so he goes right in the school with his ar so yeah he goes right in there's no one there the door was unlocked okay now some reports say that um there was a school resource.

Magma viking thanks for joining the trial brother i need to talk about the tribe stuff here in a minute too some reporting said that there was a school resources officer that jacqueline thanks um.

So some somebody said surveillance video surveillance means um videotaping somebody unknown or no it doesn't matter um it doesn't matter it doesn't mean it's a surveillance like camera camera surveillance somebody was looking at him so um school resource officer possibly we don't necessarily know this report say there were none the cops were saying.

There were none other reports news outlets said there were some that that that there was a school resource officer that engaged him but no shots were fired so he was firing shots with someone outside the school from what the police department says but the other reports say there was a school.

Release officer there did not do fire any shots but did engage um the this salvador ramos dropped a bag of full ammunition outside the school during the encounter and ran inside now maybe this was when he was exchanging the gunfire um or what have you.

They don't really know what happened during the interaction with the officer which is crazy because if if this was an officer there why couldn't they just ask him right unless the officer got scared and we've seen that before officers get scared active shooters in the school don't go into school.

Unless the active shooter calls chaos we've seen that happen before i can't remember what incident was it was sometime at one of the last school shootings um the suspect then barricaded himself in the classroom and there was an adjoining classroom.

Right so it had a door to it and he basically went mastering all the children and two teachers in those rooms um a firefighter that was on the scene said it took about 30 minutes after he arrived on scene for the gunman to be.

Neutralized by law enforcement 30 minutes after the firemen arrived on scene from when he had been called so the firemen actually probably made it there first firemen usually do actually um the shooter was on the premises for an hour one hour he was running around there with his ar.

Before law enforcement forcibly entered the classroom and killed him now they say law enforcement because they're trying to take some credit for the police department so one uh the the um firefighter says i quote.

It's going to be within like 40 minutes to an hour that cops are standing there an entire time waiting for the tactical team so that's coming from him so there was cops outside while the shooter was inside waiting for the technical team okay now.

Investor gators found one danger defense rifle inside now i told you the other day that he had purchased a rifle and we knew one of them was a dane fence well actually both of them turn out to be danger defense so we're looking at uh probably six thousand dollars and with the ammunition he bought seven thousand dollars in uh rifles eotech.

Magazines ammo you know how did this kid get the money that's that's the biggest question even the cousin has no idea how this kid got this money because i mean he was working at wendy's and we're going to kind of get into some some other things about the the money spin that that's odd why he would spend the highest uh this high.

Amount of rifles it's funny because i was just actually talking to my wife earlier today was about guitars you know i know nothing about guitars on some of the cost differences things and uh she just said it's kind of the guitar thing if i wanted to buy a guitar would i go in there and buy the top of the line guitar.

Or would i go buy something that's gonna you know not made the bottom of the barrel i made by mid-range the kid's obviously not a a a gun enthusiast right so he goes and buys top of the line an anna eotech you know how many.

Gun guys i know that walk around with that gum uh walmart red dots on their ars lots i see them all the time go to any gun range you're going to see guys rocking a thousand dollar rifle with a 30 red dot probably guys in in the watching right now.

Um the same thing you know so yeah two thousand dollar rifle each you know give or take so he left one in the truck and after he wrecked he went to elementary school and he had one on him right.

So how did he you know how did the 18 year old living with his grandmother broke working at wendy's have two brand new dang defense rifles odd i i don't know you know um.

Thanks man domestic fast and furious perhaps uh so yeah the other thing is someone asked in my last video about if i if i were in an active shooter situation and the guy had a play career on what to do and if you remember you nobody watched.

The video i said shoot them in the plate carrier and they were like you know someone's like why would you do that sick because most guys don't wear plates most guys will play carriage without plates shoot him in the play care guess what.

This kid had a plate carrier on no plates so that's typical um shoot him in the shoot him in the play carrier they probably don't have plates um go watch my video if you don't believe in and so salvador almost had to play carol without plates um so let's talk.

About his uh personality profile and uh so another senior there at the school said he had gym class with him and he was very quiet and hung out by himself and and he knew that people didn't like him.

So he was like he was not a very popular kid right people make fun of him or want to fight him um they had videos of him fighting with others though like he would fit he would he would defend himself and he would fight or he would alter he would start.

The fights whatever it will be but he would fight he apparently there was lots of videos on snapchat about a year ago where he'd be fighting people um he said it was like it was like an ordinary thing that he would be getting in fights and.

That he would he would always get in fights so meta facebook said that the gunman private one-to-one messages were discovered after the shooting to someone they would not say who it was but that the first three message about.

30 minutes before the shooting started ramos wrote i'm going to shoot my grandmother and then he said i shot my grandmother and they said i'm going to the elementary school to shoot in elementary school so he also sent uh the same kind of.

Messages to a girl online and uh that he had shot his grandmother stuff like that and then uh then the other weird thing was is that he met a 15 year old girl online on may 9th from frankfurt germany and he'd actually become good friends with her and spoke to her.

Every day on facetime he facetimed this girl every day 15 year old from frankfurt since may 9th um and communicate with him and she said in their conversations that he looked happy and comfortable talking to him right so so.

What you can kind of see he's very uh weird introvert kid got made fun of a lot had a lisp and he lived in in this online world is what it kind of boils down to but he said in to her where they were told at length and facebook uh facetime.

That he would spend a lot of time alone at home by himself and uh the thing is that she was getting scared of him because he would talk about harming animals that he would throw dead cats at people's houses and there was also apparently footage that he would post on facebook from.

Years ago or sent through messenger of him harming animals like this was something you know that serial killers always do this if you don't know um they they like to hurt animals um so this dude has been twisted for a long time this was not like some he got picked on he got bullied and i mean he was probably bullied because he.

Was weird he was like hurt animals and stuff you know but she said that every time he talked she talked to him that he never talked about hanging out with friends seeing friends or that he said he didn't have any friends um another thing i want to talk about other day fatherless home his father came out.

And did a statement saying that he didn't see him that much and he and the salvador's mother were no longer together right he said obviously they had a poor relationship and that he worked outside of the different place outside of the county so.

He rarely seen him and then uh he blamed the mother because the mother wouldn't buy him any clothes or anything like that so apparently he would walk around with high water jeans on every day and was bullied um like so he he wore like crappy clothes and stuff like that.

But the thing is so he was poor he wore crappy clothes but he was able to buy two daniel defense rifles you see where i'm getting at something nothing at up here right now let's talk about the biggest thing um is the police action now this is very spotty.

I think a lot of it comes down to the police department not wanting to make it seem like they failed which um i mean i'm not gonna i'm not gonna see her in our uh you know armchair quarterback it.

But we'll talk through some of this stuff okay so like again reports are spotty stuff is all over the place i'm going to be talking about the various different things that has been reported so there was exchange gunfire outside then.

Inside officers came in within four minutes of him getting there and exchanged gunfire and then retreated because some of them had been hit so then they begin to try to do a hostage negotiation um and that's why he was in there for an hour so that's that's the first report right.

Um the other report was that local police officers waited outside during the massacre that lasted around 40 minutes onlookers and those who rushed to the school pleaded with the officers to go into the building so parents were showing up and asking them.

Telling them they would go in the building right if the police were you know but the police waited outside some bystanders and parents even raised the idea of banding together and rushing into the school past the police because of their their inaction right i'm going to show some videos here real quick of this.

 so that's the mother on the ground shooting      oh.

Me  oh  so you see that right that was the mom that was on the ground okay so you see these police they're in tactical gear they mean they look they're in the military i mean they look like they're.

Special forces or something and they're out there arresting parents putting tasers you know pointing tasers at them throwing them on the ground putting them handcuffs you name it and meanwhile shooters inside right and there's some other footage i don't have it right now but basically it's just a mom screaming it's whenever.

The incident first happened and it was like at the street like lady trying to cross street before um a lot of police had gotten there and uh the police were standing outside in that video too so we don't know the reporting is saying that the the police were saying that they engaged with him within the first.

Four minutes and they retreated because they thought it was a hostage situation blah blah and regardless the kid was alive for 40 minutes to an hour in a classroom right but let's talk about.

The border patrol right so the border patrol special agent who on his day off heard about what was happening went to the school and rushed in past the officer standing outside to kill the shooter so this guy right here on his day off he heard about it this hero right here he heard about it put on his gear.

Ran inside the uh ran inside passing by the police officers all out there with their tactical gear on looking cool to go take out the guy now now look this guy even took a hit uh around to the head i mean it it i mean you can see it go through his hat.

Right here right one of salvador's rounds hitting the top of the head so this guy didn't wait for backup he's poured a boar attack members of this team uh border patrol tactical unit i'm.

Actually familiar with them because we actually did uh they did a purchasing with us before they issued their members our belts so their members wear our belts right here the concealment belts with the pockets inside.

They also purchased our scout sniper tat adventure kits so that we can enter into buildings and stuff like that and these are bad news these are dudes that fight cartel members these are these are top tier guys he ran in by himself without any.

Uh backup right so that's that's a stud i like know his name so uh levin gone uh chuck got nut when the pheasant more concerned about paycheck people are not actual threats that's a huge red flag in our system thanks thanks for loving the likes too man so yeah um.

I'm gonna kind of talk about that in a minute because this is the thing i've been saying about um a lot of police officers tanya thank you for quite a while now and look you cannot blanket statement never do that it's kind of saying all white people are bad you can't say all police officers back because you're not.

Because i i talked to a lot of them a lot of them are followers of the channel supporters of the or what we doing they tell me they believe exactly what we do even some federal guy just talked to a federal law enforcement guy two weeks ago quitting his job because of the hypocrisy of what's going on so there there are patriots in that.

Organization however by and large what we've seen during the lockdowns arresting soccer moms for not wearing masks arresting um people trying to hold up in their businesses you know and just uh pestering pestering them you know just tormenting just people trying to keep.

Their businesses open and alive and so they're not going bankrupt police are tormenting these people meanwhile pedophiles and everything else is on the street and so this is this is kind of where we're at we've got cops out there tacked up um not wanting to go in now are these beneficial cops scared.

Possibly possibly have fear but listen bravery is doing the right thing even in the presence of fear we all feel fear you can't say you don't but you have to be brave you know and and go follow through and push on in the presence of fear right.

Um so yeah the what you saw was cops preventing parents and all lockers from an area building as the police waited a comeback team is what they said um and tasers were held on parents now this is the thing do you want parents going into an active shooter situation obviously because you don't know how.

Many shooters are in there you don't have intel this and that but for you guys not to go in either i mean somebody's got to go in somebody's going to stop it you know and and from my understanding active shooter situations most police officers are trained that they're.

Supposed to go in but we saw that one officer i forget i wish somebody tell me that uh backed out and didn't go in the building because uh there was that shooter and a school resource officer i can't remember i think it's like a year or two ago.

But they should have been going in they should have been going in you know who care you're getting shot at oh well would you rather you get shot at or little kids get shot little kids don't have guns little kids don't know what to do little kids don't have vests on right.

Um so yeah that that mom um i got it right here the mom though that mom of two children were released i'm sorry were um was handcuffed and then released and so she actually jumped the fence and ran inside to get her kids right.

Um so the other reports say that the police went in after the fact or they joined up with the tactical team but from all the best intel i can get is that dude acted alone he went in alone by himself went past the police officers i mean that's not even what border patrol tactical team.

Technically do right he just said man y'all ain't going and i'm going in and uh it kind of reminds me of i think kenya when the british sas guy was shopping in the market he heard about they win it by himself i mean absolute awesome men out there there's there's.

Also men out there you know um thanks victorville man i hope his weakness faith is an anchor and always be the rest of my friend that's only the long as the shooter shows up yeah so let me make sure i don't have any more photos for you guys for that.

Yeah but again let me show this guy again still i mean he looks like he's on his day off he looked like he was he was probably you know fishing or something hanging out with his buddy somewhere and you know so uh anyway.

Like i said reports everywhere on that and i i truly believe in my opinion police are just trying to cover it up they're trying to cover up their mistakes you know um so mark fowler's thanks man again and what i like mark fallow says here they need to be like israelis armed soldiers aren't teachers exactly um if you look at.

Photos i mean in israel when they're going on filters and stuff that the women have enforcing across them and that's how america needs to be everybody needs you know that's one thing about israel they they know they've been in combat since day one and they carry.

Everybody's servant military bikes training so everybody everybody in the country is trained at some some level some capacity right but this is the thing law enforcement look if you're scared if you're scared to go into into harm's way if you're scared of going to danger and you're in the.

Military you're law enforcement or your firefighter you need to go turn your stuff in go turn your gear in because you ain't meant for that job if you're a cop right and and and i look i've met a lot of a-hole cops i have they're out there they'll pull you over for you know going.

Two miles from i'm not even kidding a couple years ago i got pulled over for going two miles per hour over the speed limit or no no one mile per hour over the speed limit said speed name it like that that's there's guys like that out there that's why the same guy sitting outside the school while shooter active shooters in the school right.

So we're gonna um i got the the thing is is that so let me see some people you know if you talk about the situation if they believe it's a negotiation situation.

Obviously you don't want to get people killed so you don't want to rush in right you want to negotiate if a kid's going in if someone's going in with a ar in a school i'm gonna assume like i mean it's a high probability they're going in there to.

Be an active shooter so i know like i said most police departments are trained into that everyone goes in like whoever first goes and you go in right obviously you want to be uniformed um you know um you don't want to be a civilian or whereas to be entire that's why dude had his plate.

Carry on that's the police on it to go in the building now where that lies in you know a lot of parents like if my kid was in there i'd want to grab my stuff and go in there but the problem is that they may think you're an active shooter and shoot you too right and so you can't wear police patch because that's a.

Crime um you know you may want to get some kind of patch some might be like maybe like security now some states you have to be licensed to have the security on your vest or anything like that so you check to see what you can wear maybe you say bodyguard or something something that doesn't have to have any kind of.

Freaking laws but something you can put on your plate here you can put cia on there because ci is not a federal law enforcement agency so you can put that on there you can put many things to have on your vest to make give somebody a second to think before they start thinking you're in that shooter if you want to get in that.

Situation right yeah someone says a bright yellow yes security patch all these things i do recommend having some kind of patch show some kind of that looks like the police patch something that is going to give a cop a second before he just starts shooting you think you're out of shooter that's if you respond because if i'm in.

A situation where there's an app shooter i'm going to respond you know i'm going to go in right so yeah maybe you have a civilian patch i don't know um there's a lot of people that sell them maybe you have american on there you know something that says american but you want black and white right.

So but to me what i think is police departments need to really figure out a shooter situation because obviously their training is very much lacking uh for the way this happened this went down they're lacking they're either scared or lacking and someone needs to be fired.

For that right because they should have been going in in there immediately whoever got on the scene first there should have been there there should have been no 40 minutes should have been no hour like the first dude on the scene should have should have got there and went there the border.

Patrol guy came there and ran past police holding off parents and arresting parents you know and you know trying to tase them right but these would be the same guys that come try to take your firearms if they try to uh push a firearm legislation these are not patriots these guys like this they're wearing a badge.

That's why you can't say just you know back to blue and all this because you don't know who you're you may you may be back in a coward you may be back in a communist you don't know right so never blanket support anyone and never blanket talk trash about anyone right because not all cops are bad either there's cops that will do bad things right.

Um thanks man he says he had a brother had a guy freeze in afghanistan who had a combat medal from a prior deployment yeah i mean even even the toughest guys do i mean it just happens right you don't know what's going through the head at the moment so it's possible but not not.

As many police officers i've seen out there with tactical gear should have been sitting out there waiting not that many right let's talk about the government's response the fact is is that the justice department has spent 150 million.

Dollars on school safety since 2018. 150 million dollars right but we just sent 40 billion dollars to ukraine mark thanks buddy he said he's not defending law enforcement but there are basic grunts that go in ready party there are holly trainers hotel hi yeah.

You won't know you don't know it's true everybody's different but yeah so we spent 40 billion in ukraine man but we're letting our kids sit like sitting ducks at schools right texas actually spent 300 million dollars in school safety in the recent years.

So money doesn't do anything if it's not governed right now i'm getting so tired of america throwing away our tax dollars buying chairs paintings uh training and nothing gets done right wasting our time so we gotta oust these guys these guys are terrible we gotta kick them out um.

You can't tell me that we don't have enough money to put our cards in every school if you're gonna spend 40 billion overseas to feed and protect the country of children from violence you can spend 40 billion dollars here put them make it a federal we have federal air marshals after 9 11. make it.

A federal job put highly trained guys in every school right that aren't scared you know  let me let me show you this clip here this is the thing 40 billion dollars to ukraine and in all formula our babies are starving to death i think two or.

Three five babies have died now check out this school here this is what we need to do the teachers carry guns just in case show me your weapons and tell me what they are reported sir 45 mr pastor this is the 45 yes director of security 45. the pastor carries a 45 in a case that looks like a bible the principal is also.

Armed with a 38 semi-automatic pistol how many of you feel safer knowing that your teacher has a gun the pastor and the sister pastors carrying 45 amen brother um the principal's like pointing the gun at her that's not cool but that's what we need to have here everybody needs to have a gun we think our forefathers did.

Everybody had a gun everybody had a rifle a musket whatever they had it you know had their musket and their satchel everybody needs to carry all the time 100 if you had everybody carrying all the time there wouldn't be that much violence i said a few weeks ago that i thought fellas should get their gun.

About little kids trying to learn in their school i'm killed by a insane psychopath piece of human garbage yeah so so george floyd died in police custody on fentanyl and this is what we're doing right.

Handguns 8 000 so handguns is the biggest culprit firearm type not stated 4 800. knives 1700 other weapons not stated this means you know i guess i don't i don't know what that is because we have blonde objects down.

There below 983 hands and feet 662 rifles 455 now that's just rifle that doesn't mean ar-15 so even a more much more smaller percentage of that and then blunt objects 393. so honestly if you put the ar-15 on there it probably below even hammers and stuff.

Look at hands and feet man hands and feet has got it beat i guess we got outlaw hands and feet too outlaw outlaw everything else handguns don't trust me they'll go for handguns next you know the thing is guys is that we keep looking at hold on let me see what.

View at your own risk thanks man yep school shooters are a sign of america's fall yep this regulation of morality man this is where i'm going with that you you read my mind you know it's a precursor to shtf and wr that means when stuff hits the fan and without rule of law so yeah i believe that wholeheartedly i think we're headed.

That way um but we keep looking at the political realm for solutions but the problem is uh spiritual problems and they're we're surprised why they're why they fail while they fail are the answers they give every time fails mass shootings are a recent phenomenon.

This isn't something that haven't hasn't been it hasn't happened although our history is a matter of fact we've had guns gun possession forever since the the beginning of the nation muskets i mean you name it we've had it but it it it's a relatively recent i mean columbine pretty much i mean the one.

Texas shooting by the the marine that got kicked out of the marine corps i think back in the 60s maybe that's why they invented swat actually special weapons and tactics team with the police officers because this marine got on top of the uh texas university and was shooting people i mean that was like the first one that columbine right.

But it is not because of gun possession it is not because of an ar-15 right that's just they'll find something else to use they'll use i mean there's attack i could go through plenty of lists of attacks with machetes knives and everything else from foreign countries.

Where lots of people get killed so cars look at danielle brooks that ran through the parade and killed a bunch of people you know i mean timothy mcveigh oklahoma city bombing i mean he used stuff you could buy a hardware store to make a bomb and killed a bunch of people including.

Children so the fact of the matter is is that what what is the root cause what do we see what can we see the root cause is is that the decline of religious affiliation america founding fathers founded this place on christianity now where they fought people yeah they were.

Flawed obviously however we're not jesus christ so everyone every one of us is flawed you know man is sinful and that leads to it you know and and what i mean by that is that that entails breaking up nuclear families you know you've seen the democrats try to destroy.

Black families nuclear families they tried to destroy uh black families in america put fathers in jail for crimes that didn't hurt anybody else and made up made up you know crimes and and put them in there making felons making where they can't carry firearms that defend themselves of their families.

Can't get a job and now rely on the government forever this is what they do you know they they attack black families so nuclear family destroyed and now it's i mean it's across the country and in all races um nuclear family being destroyed um obviously gender roles are.

Not important anymore bible specifically lays out gender roles and what a man is and being a man and there's lack of men this kid several ramos father absent and then values and morals and how you live um with others right i mean i could go on this but that's.

What it is and basically lack of good people lack of good men and women based off values set in place by god our founding fathers and these sort of things our constitution and good men with guns need to be there to stop batman with guns.

Bottom line there need to be more guns more good men and women with guns right women need to be armed too you know and that's what i i really believe is is the issues and while we're where we are or else have been happening all throughout history right just making sure that i showed you all.

The clips but yeah man that that that uh school where all them guys are pulling out 45s you know very cool the kids neither safe you know um i mean there should be rifles at school you know ready to be used maybe locked.
