And it's recall of retirees or retiree recall program for the US Army now now before I get started with that actually let me let me remind you guys about this the Air Force last month was seeking to get retirees to come back uh Pilots security forces and others you saw that so the Air Force has already started that and I guess.

Everybody missed that because nobody was up in arms about that but to get retired Pilots back is a pretty serious thing say because it's either for for troop movement obviously or carrying loads of gear or maybe you know fighter polic whatever that may be Security Forces things like that uh then maybe no one saw this either Taiwan.

Recalled their female reservice for training um I wonder why a lot of people getting recall for a lot of different things so back to this document it describes how Army retirees can find out and apply for open positions and aims to maintain a sufficient number of personnel to fill out all the Army's authorized positions.

This message comes as the service has publicly acknowledged struggles to balance a shrinking Workforce with demands of sprawling Global Mission sets as recruitment woses persist for their third year in a row they said that the retiree re recall program can be an effective tool to fill Personnel shortages in authorized.

Regular army vacancies that are considered key and essential now I've had a lot of people message me about this and the thing is if if you're getting recalled like this is obviously right now in a in a you can apply for it uh so they're taking volunteers but if you get recalled typically you don't get to.

Choose what you do you get recalled and and that's said now this is the the first I'd seen them going after the retirees because so typically how it works after you served eight active active years you should not be subject to any any sort of Recall now if youve done four you can you're part of the irr and you could be recalled.

Um and so so for me I was like man I do eight active no not no IR because I don't want to called back I'll just go ahead and do it and be done with it but uh apparently it don't matter anymore they're call they're going to call anybody back and so this is any Army Reserve or National Guard soldier who qualifies as retired or will be soon.

Retired meaning they've achieved at least 20 years of service and anyone receiving retired pay is eligible to apply now neither age nor disability alone would exclude a soldier from joining depending on the disability and they would still have to meet the army Health requirements now that's that's also pretty crazy so they're not too.

Worried about that so what my just initial thought is is that they would fill they would take these retirees and fill roles that are not combat Moss's and then they could possibly move the younger soldiers into combat roles in in worst case scenario which I think is probably going to come especially in light of 2024.

And pretty much everything for the Democrats is failing their plans so what's last what's the last UNO card War right so it says those who apply for the program essentially lets the Army send them orders to return to active duty if a critical role opens up that no one else can feel however the message does.

Not authorize any special payer incentives unlike the Air Force are not asking for specific Moss's that is also concerning that means that you would probably be put in position where your OJT now this would be good if somebody's retired they want to make some extra money what have you but the thing is is that what I go back on a recall I talked.

About this a few months ago there's no way um and I I had some emails people were like well I'll go back with the president man I don't I don't look at Joe Biden as my president number one so I wouldn't go back for anything he says uh number two you know you got to pass that Health requirement it's.

Overstructured meaning there are not enough soldiers to fill out existing units and organizations why because nobody wants be infantry the review stated it emphasized the cuts are coming in authorizations and individual soldiers spaces so the Army current Force structure assumes that an active duty in strength or total number of.

Troops of 494 th000 according to the document Congress capped in strength at 444,000 445,000 in fiscal year 2024 defense policy bill which is a historic low uh because the Army can obviously can't recruit people and you know a lot of people are like not wanting to serve right now for a lot of reasons I'm going to kind of go into those as.

Well so they can't meet the goals and obviously in The crucial MOS is the Army the military as a whole is designed to be a fighting force right the military that's what it is like when you think of somebody in the military you immediately think someone that goes and fights the problem is is that nobody's wanting to go in and join join and go fight for uh.

Joe Biden uh you know but they said that they're taking applications and obviously if someone's on Hard Times maybe they're going to do it but me personally there's no way in hell I would do it but you know you got to think why are they calling retirees back yeah they've got record low recruitment but calling retirees back.

Retirees that's a very odd thing you really have to ask the question what is about to happen and what's going on you know could it be a false flag incoming just like I spoke about on Friday night or is it because retention has completely been destroyed because nobody wants to join the woke military anymore and and it's funny that.

Beards you name it you know so it's crazy but then to go on and look at what we have in the Marine Corps platoon level gender integration critical for Marines committee says critical really the Pentagon committee has recommended to the Secretary of Defense.

That Marine Corps should train male and female recruits and gender integrated platoons at both Recruit Depot as well as in the fleet and they're what they're trying to do is is that part of the defense advisory committee on women in the services they released this just a few days ago on March 15th the report recommended mixed.

Gender drill instructor teams for all integrated companies and recruit training ma maximizing integration they say at the platoon level says this develops the foundation of successfully integrated Force the report noted that gender integration at a platoon level is critical to dismantling negative stereotypes and fostering fostering.

Positive inclusion across organization now the minute you use the word inclusion you're combat ineffective the minute inclusion comes in into when you're talking about war fighting and you mention inclusion or any of that nonsense that's whenever you know combat preparedness is over it's it's over right they go on to say this.
