Oh oh what the hell man  oh strong here we go here we go here we go fish on Fish on shark over here Turtles over here here's a possible bit of dinner oh whoa oh that's being good that is big man Ready Set.

 what is going on my doggies what another one this this one's gonna be naughty man what we're doing is we're building a spear beautiful day right now there is not a breath of wind it's about 40 38 40 degrees it's pretty warm out here and what I want to do is we're still on this.

Mission where I've got to catch what I eat Mission so we're doing another one of those buddy videos this here we're going to turn into a spear if you guys remember a couple of weeks ago we harvested these bamboo shafts what I want to do today is I want to turn that into a spear so that's what we're doing right now we've got a bamboo shaft with.

A little bit of tire wire we've got one Leatherman and we've got four prongs which I've cut off of my crab hook so this is what we're gonna do we're going to be making a spear right now first things first cut the end of this off get the saw out on the Leatherman cut the end of this bamboo off perfect.

Okay so what we're left with is a beautiful little Hollow hole on the end of the bamboo there this is a very very straight bit of bamboo I made sure I harvested the best ones possible got a nice little hole there what we'll do is we'll grab these sharpened so what I did was I sharpened the tips off of a crab hook I've cut them off took them.

Bloody long time to cut these put that in there we're just gonna start filling it up it should take about three prongs easy yeah so three three prongs fit in there quite easily the fourth prong I want to get that in there as well but before you do that you've got to bind this section up here with a little bit of tie wire.

I'll just taper the very tip of the spear down so just taper him off like this nice sharp knife taper that down nice and tight I'm just going to run this the whole way up until we hit the end of the shaft there right flies flies are very friendly.

Again look at that all right so we've wound up the end of the spear there with that tie wire we've got the three prongs which are still very very loose inside big roll of tie wire there so what that tie wire is going to do it's going to keep it very sturdy because now we're.

Going to grab our fourth prong stick that fourth prong in there he's not gonna he's not going to want to go so once you do that grab the back of this beautiful little Axia we're just going to knock him in once you knock that down what happens is it starts expanding in.

Here and it's going to really spread out and as it spreads out it's going to tighten up that tire wire like all buggery and these prongs will never never come out so keep tapping him down right so those prongs are now wedged in there you can even see that little bit of bamboo that's sticking out is all flared up so they're in there extremely.

Tight never pull it out man us that is basically it I'm going to sharpen up the tips just because I knocked them off then we're going to spread these Forks out evenly and we have got one hell of a spear let's go see if we can catch ourselves a little bit of grub with this spear I'm going to.

Clean it up just take off all the birds with a knife but that's basically it mate we have got one hell of a spear right here this is going to be so fun it's nice and straight let's see if we can get a fade with this thing why this thing is.

 thing is disgustingly straight piece of bamboo yeah we're on here I chose this piece of bamboo for two reasons one it's extremely straight and down the end here they have these natural knobs in their bamboo if you can see there's a knob there and there's also a knob there what what those knobs are for what I'm going.

To use them for placing my finger on that knob so one finger's on that knob there this front hand or my left hand stabilizes the spear so once you see the fish you can really get behind the finger on the knob sort of like a warmer kind of thing and just launch that's what the idea behind those little knobs is anyway all right that's enough.

Talking jump in the troopy we're gonna drive around we're gonna drive up and down the coast looking for fish looking for schools of fish we've got fishing rods in the car we've got bow and arrows we've got everything but we just want to try to get a fish with this here let's go it's gonna be dope all right this is already that good.

Look at the water man the water is so bloody beautiful there's not a breath of wind this is what we'll be doing majority of the day we'll just Cruise along these beaches like this just going to keep an eye out for any fish once we see a fish we can pull up generally we shouldn't spook them too much there's a cup of gar fish just.

There this is dog man hopefully we see some big dirty mullet we've got a couple of rods in the back look at loads of little stuff on those sharks there all right let the hunting begin to do is get some food before the sun sets that's the aim of the game.

Look at this I don't know if you guys would ever see that big Stingray swimming along the bank there he's a big dog it just went deep then big Ray there and we've got two epic Turtles just hanging out here look at those Turtles man they're just chilling.

That's how clear the water is two turtles Stingray out the back there how good oh this is gonna be the best mission let's go let's go  all right there's some big splashes happening just here I don't know what it is obviously.

It's too far it's too far to throw that spear it's about 10 meters off the back there what I will do is we'll get out the noodle rod have a quick flick into that school of fish and see what they are they probably mullet but you just never know why us oh that's dangerous cars straight in the.

Middle of them come on eat him up eat him up eat him up oh whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa there we go that thing just came in like a bullet oh wow that was hectic look at the noodle Rod man what a way to start the day.

A little bit of noodle Rod action come on get up on the beach mate oh what is it little trevally here's a beautiful one he'd be good eating around the fire it's too early in the day though first fish of the day beautiful little trevally on the noodle Rod it's about the fourth or fifth cast.

That's a beautiful start he would be lovely eating around the fire fresh these don't go too bad we'll put him back though we've got a big day ahead of us good fish see you mate boom off he goes that was a very good start first fish of the day on the noodle Rod look at this man already I've gone about 10 meters up.

There's a school of fish here so ideally what I'd love to do is use the spear Spear of fish we're gonna get that done but at the same time I'm still on this challenge where I've got no food been out here for about 12 days now and I have not bought any food from any shopping centers that has been a wild ride I reckon I've lost about 33 or four.

Kilo just eating what I catch so basically I don't need anything all day I'm usually just having a big dinner so that's what we're trying to achieve today spend the day hunting throwing Spears bow and arrows fishing rods doesn't matter how we get it I just need to get something to eat for dinner but um with that said ideally the spear is.

The one I want to use there are a couple of fish look at these fish out of here fish out there I can't not have a flick we're just gonna have one little flick out here and see what they were there's a lot of fish fuss a lot of fish bubbling and boiling out the back there I'm gonna pump this lure in real quick usually gets the fish.

Something if not man I just got to work this tide out the Tide's draining real quick once the tight Tire drains out the fish go out there it's muddy it's all shitty it's not good just gotta get something for dinner right here we go.

Being slob it's a beautiful day struggling to land a spirit through a fish  all right there's a massive School of Whiting down here even if we can take a few Whiting homes for a feed I'll be happy.

Just to secure some kind of a feed there's not there's a heap of them down here what part shot long shot oh yeah pot shot under that tree guy noodle Rod something big splashing out the back here.

Come on oh there they are over there don't know what they are but hopefully we can get something come on come on oh that's fish on Fish on yes we've got a fish on yes another rod getting it done again this could save the day this fish it's definitely not a monster.

Little Queenie beautiful fish they're like a mirror we don't want to keep him he's too small boom see everybody go go go go go he's going we're going on a little bit of an adventure we now have boots on backpack noodle Rod knife.

And we're going on a mission the tide has completely drained out this up here of the tide would have been up here before obviously now those wreath the rocks and reef are showing so sphere is probably not going to be too good now what I'll do is walk along this Reef have a look have a scavenge any kind of food is good food.

Right now so we're just going to look for any kind of food it doesn't really matter what it is wouldn't mind having a little feed of something and then hopefully cook a fish on a fly later but right now we're just going to start steaming across here just explore so many little oysters man.

They're tiny they're not big enough to eat but a couple of big oysters would be the guy usually what happens when you have really small oysters like this The Reef out the back there should have the odd one or two on it usually that's the case but we'll go and have a look.

Later I love a feeder oysters now here's a possible bit of dinner look at this little fella this little suck his eye is so sick now I'm not gonna eat your mate epic little creature stay cool Bros bloody odd out here it is time to eat.

Look at the size of that oyster man that is a big oyster heaps of them out here look at this rock see there's a real good-sized oysters look at that thing man massive oh I'm gonna feast all these little nuggets here have Oysters on them oh.

That is big look at that yes look at this thing that is a slow of an oyster get in me oh duh look at that there are so many big beautiful oysters out here look at the size of that thing.

A little bit of Tabasco sauce I just found it in my bag from last time Tabasco fresh oyster get that on there  um open up open up it's another Ripper look at that.

Fresh as it gets cheers boom endless amounts of oysters Danny look at him so good yeah matches would cost in a shop got oyster shoes that's how it's done.

It is definitely safe to say that I've just had my fair share of oysters oh my lips are burning sunburnt lips and Tabasco sauce it's not a good mix but I tell ya I don't get no fresher than that that was a bloody good fade now it is dead low tide and I'm talking.

Bottom or tired so it's going to turn around and start coming in soon but just know nothing happening it's really hard to get fish when it's low tide The Reef is all exposed like this I want a nice beautiful fish to put on a fire a little bit of rice we'll make something up tonight it's going to be good we're gonna need to get the fish first.

So that's what I'll do whack the Drone in there have a look around hopefully that tire pushes back in in time for us to get a fish Before Sunset if not my fingered see up in the air oh.

So you would have noticed in that Drone footage that you just saw there and there is no fish like literally there's no fish out there at all there's no sharks there's no turtles Tire drains out so do the fish so did the wildlife so I've just checked the tides 12 30.

Is high tide midnight is when the Tide's back to its highest point and um we don't have anything for dinner it's not even a joke I actually don't have any food so I've got a crab hook we're gonna walk around we're gonna have a look for some crabs I didn't want to get crabs I really didn't but look.

It is what it is a man needs to eat a so I'm going to walk around see if I can look for a crab maybe in these little Mangrove rocks here looks like pretty good crab ground I'll just have a quick sniff around if not we'll just keep trying and trying but we need to get something on the deck shouldn't have like that Bloody trevally.

Go at the start of the day he was absolutely he just would have gone straight on a fire just as is stop talking about it all right let's see if we can find a crab dude big crab right there there's actually a crab no way dude it's actually a crab in this hole I'm not even joking.

All right on that side of the hall there's a crab he looks like a decent crab too look at him  he doesn't even know I'm here yet oh that's big dude that is big man this is a monster crab why we've got a monster crab here holy smokes this is a.

Big boy he's a big boy come on mate get out of there do our dinner he's a good crab very good crab huh bloody stupid crab hook sometimes it's just better to use your bloody hands all right he's going in this is an easy.

Hole I think looks like we can get him from this side oh no did I just make a massive mistake maybe let's see if we can get him back out of there holy Molly oh here's a lesson in Catching crabs for you if you have an opportunity to grab it.

Just grab it I've been crabbing for the last bloody five days like five or six hours north of here if you guys about up to date with the videos you know that I've been eating a whole lot of crabs lately I've been come I've become super complacent I've been catching crabs.

Every day I didn't want to eat a crab in this video I wanted I really wanted to eat fish but like I keep saying I got no food this crab I just let it go into its hole you guys saw that got a camera in one hand crab hook wouldn't do it I was like I'll just grab the crab I went to grab it and he just spun back and disappeared.

This thing's whole goes back about six meters man so I've been here digging Excavating ripping out rocks just absolutely busted my hole trying to get this crab out and we're having crab for dinner have a go at this big boy he's a proper crab that Claw is so big dude.

He's a lovely crab he's trying to go back into his hole you're not going back fella he's a massive crab that's obviously our dinner for the night he's a big bark you're gonna see him there that claw there is ginormous mate that is a massive Crab Claw that one there is grown back but this one here is just massive dude.

That is next level Crab Claw right there he's gonna be a good fade that's all I need job done let's go and cook let's go and start a kitchen he's a cracker crab you never really get to appreciate the size of a crab like this in a video but that claw there is absolutely ginormous man that is a very very it's probably.

Out there with one of the bigger crab claws we've ever got on the channel it's a big claw and the good thing about this crab I showed you guys last time these little bubbles here you can push on them if they Flex in it's going to be a 50 meat if it's rock hard you're gonna have lollipops for days this crab is.

Extremely hard to push on which means it's full of meat we're going to be eating real good look at that thing pretty happy let's go go to the kitchen that's a crack of crab man oh it is such an unreal feeling when you catch your own food like.

I think this is I don't even know how many days I've been out here now it's over 10 days I've been out here every single day I've been eating and living off the land and um some days it's extremely hard I don't film every day I'd burn out if I filmed filmed every.

Day but some days I'm very hard some days are easy today was very hard we've got the problem is that we got here on a low tide on an outgoing tide so we just got the end of the runoff if I got here a couple hours earlier we would have had a lot more fun with that spear but um it's just so rewarding to be able to come out here.

Get massive crabs like this thing here cook them up in a place like this third absolutely it's just I don't know I can't even put it into words though it's so good man it really is welcome to the kitchen we finally have got something to cook so while these flies are going to get in.

To get stuck into this crab just as much as we are this is what we're doing I was going to start a fire the wind's picked up a little bit it's still hot I'm not sure if you'll have fires today so I'm not gonna what we'll do is down here we've got a gas cooker a little bit of a wind break up here we've got our table I forgot to bring a table on this trip so.

Um this is what I've been doing out in the bush we've got half a white onion Clover garlic two of these crazy hot chilies we're gonna make chili crab in the back of the car I've got a rice cooker we're going to be cooking rice in a couple of minutes but first up I'm gonna slice this onion down the guts and start dicing into little pieces Chuck.

Them in there already olive oil is in the pan crazy hot little chilies it's not chili crab without a bit of chili eye and bust them in there going in flick that on what's going on mate.

Oh don't tell me it's broken all right that scared me for a second but we're good we're on we're on the cook all right olive oil onion chili is going to Brown and simmer up down here all right that's starting to sizzle away we've got four big cloves of garlic I'm gonna cut these up in no particular.

Size shape form or order I'm just going to cut them up drop that garlic in there back on the fire two little tins of coconut milk I'm just gonna pop that lid coconut milk is going straight in there boom next one all right man this crab's gonna taste so.

Good that's going in straight in there next thing we got to do a little bit of salt chucking some salt add it as you will as much as you want there are no rules out here in the bush a little bit of curry powder we're gonna dump in.

Not too much that'll do just a little bit of curry powder there grab ourselves a stick this is a nice stick no that's a stick we'll just use the knife mix that up big crab claw so there's the crab I've cleaned the crab split him in half taken.

The gills out I leave see that there that's actually the guts of the crab that you can see that yellow stuff I leave the guts in there all right and it gives it a nice flavor so what we do pop these claws bang not too much you just want that flavor to infuse oh and I'm telling you right now these are going to be lollipops man you.

Can see how much meat is inside that claw just as I cracked it open then there's a lot of meat inside these claws hard crab on the back always going to be full of meat so we'll pop this little one here whoosh we're just going to drop in straight into that it's boiling now.

Bang in you go mate same goes with this one I'm gonna have to snap this one's claw off because it's not going to fit in there look at that for a claw would ya ladies and gentlemen that is solid man that is a massive crab core can't wait to chew on that thing big.

Lollipop full of meat same guy he's gonna pop it with the back of the knife just to get the flavor in same with that section Bang just like this sitting me now last but not least we'll place the rest of the body of the crab in here it's a pretty full pot this one.

So we'll get them in all right I don't have a lid for this pot either so I'm just gonna have to let it do its thing but that's mainly submerged that's good look at this all right we'll go start to attend to the rice one cup of white rice going in here.

 eventually probably should have made that hole a little bit bigger we'll get there nearly there there we go one cup of white rice oh the rice is basically as easy as this okay we're cooking rice now.

Boy have a go at this for a bloody fade would ya massive pot full of mud crab meat chilly it's gonna be super hot chilly mud crab here we've got a bowl of fluffy fluffy white rice look at this man beautiful big crab look at all that crab and Juice in the.

Bottom fluffy bowl of white rice millions and millions of flies trying to get in on our food they're more than welcome to share it with me there's enough to go around look at this Applause out for this for this far away.

Oh man it's so strong look at that lollipop straight out of there not even gonna have rice with this I'm just gonna enjoy that that is a lollipop right there oh dude the flavors oh the chili kick yeah doggies oh we're eating good we're eating proper nice.

Don't waste the pace that's so good lollipop number two dipping it in that sauce we've made down there Bang oh my goodness that's that good yeah man all right now what we're gonna do with.

This rice is this I'm gonna grab this pot and we're gonna pour the juices over that rice just like this that's going to taste good just like that take out the crab body.

Chuck it on there this crab body Chuck it on there boom boom we'll dribble a little bit more sauce just on top here just like that hot very very chilly chili crab in a bowl of fluffy rice in Paradise I've got a million flowers around me I don't even.

Care right now this is our dinner it's looking very very good we've just smashed two big lollipops fresh crab this crab was honestly walking around an hour ago 50 meters down there now we're cooking them up on the bank it never gets old it really really never gets old you guys should know the Drew bar now.

I'm gonna sit here turn the camera off indulge in this epic Sunset that's going on behind the camera and I guess I'll see you guys in the next video on the next adventure unfortunately we didn't get to get anything with that spear which means we're just gonna have to go out tomorrow and give it a give that spear a fair crack but um I want to.
