what's going on guys black scout survival and uh late night live it is memorial day so um everybody's on the murph good luck on that tomorrow and uh just remember you know those who have came before us that gave their lives sold sacrifice for what.

America stands for you know they they gave their lives for the ideology that we were founded on anyhow tonight i've got quite a bit of info from uh you know the past past week the shooting in uh ubalt of texas or uvalde texas and i'm at the robb elementary school and i'd like to.

Go over some of that tonight as well some other things too um anyhow let's start off with uh some pretty heartbreaking stuff this is uh a call from one of the students here and i'm putting up on the screen for you the caller identified um says i will not say her name but she was in room 112.

Caller called 911 at 1203 so 1203 pm the call was one minute 23 seconds she told her who she was she whispered says she was in room 112 at 12 10 she called back in room 112 advisor multiple dead at 12 13 she called again and at 12 16 she called back and said.

There are eight or nine students still alive 12 19 another 9-1-1 call was made by another person in room 111 and she hung up when another student told her to hang up at 12 21 you could hear over the 9-1-1 that three shots have been fired at 12 36 a 9-1-1 call lasted 21 seconds.

The initial caller called back the student child called back and was told to stay on the line and be very quiet she told 9-1-1 that she that he had shot the door at approximately 12 43 and 12 47. uh she asked 9-1-1 to send the police and.

At 12 46 she said the 9-1-1 caller she said she could not that she could hear the police next door at 12 50 shots were fired and they can be heard over the 911 call and at 12 51 very loud sounds like officers are moving children are out of the room at.

That time the first child that called was outside before the call cuts off so you see how long this went on for this went on starting at the call started at 1203 and then uh ended at 12 51 to get the student out right so that's these students were in this crap for.

Close to an hour hey mark fallows good evening buddy thank you um so this this you know these students were in this torment and they even asked to send police and the 911 operator said they could not send the police you know um.

I'm gonna put i'm gonna put up the students here the photo of all the children it's heartbreaking the teachers and the children here um mia cirillo 11 years old watched as her teacher backed into the classroom and the gunman.

Followed he shot one teacher first and then shot the other she said he shot many students in her classroom and then went to the adjoining one and opened fire this came from her grandfather 71 years old relaying the girl's account then he began shooting wildly.

After that so not all of the children were killed at that moment right larry thanks buddy not all the children were killed at that moment um several survived and huddled in fear.

Next to their limp friends already dead friends one of the children fell on mia's chest as she lay on the ground terrified he would return to the classroom mia says she took the blood of a classmate who fell dead and rubbed it all over herself then she played dead herself to survive so can you imagine.

What these children were dealing with for 50 some odd minutes hour as the police were sitting outside afraid and i said that last week and a lot of people gave me a lot of backlash for it because they said it wasn't true it turns out to be true guys the cops were.

Legitimately afraid um it came out that the cops were afraid to get shot they said they didn't have ballistic shields and all these sort of things and they were afraid because they were outgunned and legitimately they were afraid to go in there and um what's really alarming is what i'm about.

To show you is that they had just con they had just conducted active shooter training two months prior and this included tactics um expected to halt school shooters and let's kind of go through these i have the slides from from them and i.

Don't know if they're in correct order so i might have to pop around okay so the priority of life skill one is innocent civilians that's the first party second is first responders three of offenders you see this highlighted here immediate decisive action by school-based officers.

Can have dramatic impact on reducing casualties so that's a school resource officer or something like that because they're obviously already on the scene they can obviously stop it in its tracks um attitude are training for law enforcement designed to improve their response capabilities of the police.

And training for civilians is primarily designed around slowing down the rate of which the shooter can find victims but there's also a self-defense component built in in the event of an active school attack school-based law enforcement officers should do the best they can to fill the gap.

Until first responders can arrive they will probably mean adopting a solo response to a threat so what does that mean solo response to a threat meaning if there's a school resource officer they're supposed to go and try to take him out that's what that means solo.

By themselves uh vegas proper thanks man they should order the whole police department also turn their badges so the justice department whatever that means is actually conducting an investigation on uh this as we speak so it could be potential so.

Here we go um responding that your event should be working through the following list stop the killing is number one officer's first priority is to move in and confront the attacker the first party not not keeping the parents away that's not the first thing that's not the first thing arresting.

Parents the first thing is as it's highlighted here is to go confront the attacker this may include bypassing the injured and not responding to christ from help from children then stop the dying obviously conducting you know medical stop massive bleeding gunshot wounds etc and then evacuate the injured right.

So next we have so most response to active shooter training has been based on team tactics that normally leverage for more officers operating as a cohesive unit to search and neutralize the threats training historically involve forming a diamond or t formation rapidly advancing to the sound of.

Gunfire the titans and techniques have been a great deal of value and resources to use them are immediately available it is obviously safer to deploy with teams with overlapping areas of responsibility more eyes and more guns pointed at a problem would be preferable so what they're actually talking about is is.

Basically moving at a fast pace being able to cover all angles so basically like a fast-paced cqb close quarters battle we're moving in and we're we're able to cover all the various quadrants we're running across but.

Time is number one enemy during an active shooter response the short duration and high casualty rates produced by these events require immediate response to reduce the loss of life in many cases that immediate response means a single solo officer response until such times as other forces can arrive the best hope that.

Innocent victims have is that officers immediately move to action to isolate distract or neutralize the threat even if that means one off striking alone one man whoever is the first on the scene obviously it'd be great let's have a team we move in we're we're covering each other you know we're covering all.

Lanes of fire and all this sort of thing but mass active shooter situation is dynamic and you you can't wait around this guy's on a killing spree so like it says this is their training so if they're in the team available a solo officer may have to go in by.

Himself he may just have to do it he may just have to nut up and get it done right so after that what we have is uh this is the one i already did stop the killing priority of life first responders to the active shooter scene will usually be.

Required to place themselves in harm's way and display uncommon acts of courage to save the innocent first responders must understand except the role of protector and be prepared to meet violence with controlled aggression the priority life skill is used to guide first responders during the critical decision making process that is required.

To effectively and neutralize any threats at as first responders we must recognize that innocent life must be defended a first responder unwilling to place the lives of the innocent above their own safety should consider another career field you got that right i i said this the other day.

I said that you have to in this profession you have to be willing to put your life in danger it ain't about just writing speeding tickets giving people seat belt tickets and stuff like that your job from the the very s.

Start of the spectrum all the way to the the worst case scenario if you can't fulfill that worst case scenario then you shouldn't be in this career field right this skill does not suggest that any first responder approaching mission with reckless abandon for safety the first.

Responders should be using effective tactics coupled with situational awareness can isolate to strike and neutralize the actors while mitigating the loss of innocent life so obviously you want to be smart about it you don't want to be you know running you want to be making making sure weapons out and you're you know.

Assessing the threats as you move through the building right but again um here we go the uh vegas part of things the officers had plates rifles children had nothing exactly and so again like like i said the other day you have to be willing to.

Do the ultimate right and that's and that's in any any kind of career for whether you're a fireman firemen run into burning houses right you're in the military you know it doesn't matter what you are like your your ultimate job is you may be toting a rifle um being a police officer you know it's cool to go sell inside the road and.

Get people spending tickets but worst case scenario you gotta be willing to do it you know so this is a scenario two officer response to solo so this is um single actors confined space and waiting for officers to ambush them right second role player and the officer who assists locating suspects and become.

Injured dispatch notify location radio channel requested thread engage administer first aid to victim so suspect will retreat the room and stay inside until officers approach and engage wounded role player officer will do what the other officer says but will focus on injury to arm and.

Not continue through the scenario the ulcer is expected to go on responding solo so what that that scenario is saying is that if two officers respond one of the officer gets shot the other officer has to go through and neutralize the threat.

You just saw your buddy get shot but that's what i said about bravery the other day bravery is doing the right thing in the face of fear you have to go through it you have to go through it there's so many people depending on you that little girl calling begging.

For law enforcement to show up and they're too busy outside putting tasers on parents that little girl is expecting as most americans expect when they pick up that phone and they call for help that someone will come and help them and if if you don't if you're wearing a badge.

And that's not what you feel is your responsibility then you don't need to be in that job and really that goes for anything if you're in the military or whatever it's about being selfless putting others before yourself that's the reason why you chose that career field you should be right not to have authority go be nasty to.

People and stuff like that it's about putting other people first that is your job right so um let me put the school up here real quick what else is alarming is so you can see all the the info here.

And i know some guys drive and and listen to this but um basically this is the setup of the school where he entered and all this um kind of stuff right so what i want to tell you though is that's really disturbing federal agents who went to rob elementary school on tuesday that confronted the gunman.

And took him out like this gentleman here there's something here so you know i got some vortech contacts and i heard these guys names but you know just because what they do their job is very you know much classified i don't want to give out that information but uh we do do know who.

Those guys are and uh wish them absolute very very best for heroes but anyhow those guys those vortex guys showed up right and the local police stopped them from entering the school they said for them not to enter the school.

And about 30 minutes later they ignored it and they said screw this and they rolled through and took them out so according to the officials ages from board tac the customs bureau protection tactical unit arrived on the scene about noon and 12 15 on tuesday so within that.

Window local law enforcement asked them to wait and instructed them to help pull children out of windows because that's safer they don't want to look bad right but those guys said no screw that our job is to go defend these kids lives right now.

The thing is is that this um that guy is a hero god bless guys like that that's all we need is is that's like the title of this video it only takes one brave man and that goes in every realm of our life and i'm going to kind of get into more than that at the end but in every one realm of our life there's.

Be brave men you know what i mean that's what being being an american is land of the free home the brave and that's the kind of mantra we should be living by exactly that guy right put ourselves in danger to go save others um but but the thing is is that the the politicians are using this as you knew they would.

To try to take guns right that's that's it so look at this in chicago where's the outrage about do these kids really do kids really matter to them right where's outrage nearly 400 kids under the age of 16 have been shot in.

Chicago within the past year and a half 400 kids under 16 have been shot in chicago however the media does not cover it they they refuse to cover but the lives lost in school shooters matter most of them and why do you ask maybe because you can you can't relate.

To chicago but you probably do have kids in school which makes you care and it's a way to pull on your heartstrings to pass legislation right um your kids probably go to elementary school and so you can relate to that media is determining what's worth showing you to pull at your heartstrings.

You know um they're really going to use this tragedy to try to push a a gun control agenda and every time i say this people are like they're not going to take guns okay this is going to be the one they're really going to try to take you know um this time lapd swat thanks man.

Yeah exactly so but this is gonna be the one they're really they're really gonna try to use this uh to to push their narrative um i told you a few months ago when biden had called for it as soon as he became president i told you before he became president that this will be his agenda he is so anti.

Uh ar-15s uh modern sporting rifles and stuff like that he is against it he wants us to have shotguns he that's going to be his claim to fame and now the problem is this is a bipartisan movement we have republicans we have democrats jumping on board this scum bags like lindsey graham is pushing pushing forward they're looking for.

Psych evaluations and red flag laws and the thing the problem with these is they're seriously subjective so they could say you know you're a conservative oh you're a psychopath you're a bigot you know you don't need a gun so these are the things that are going to uh.

Is is what's going to change the game this whole red flag thing will change the game because it's subjective they could pretty much take it for whatever reason you know but the the problem i have is is that if joe biden was so anti this why does his son hunter biden who lied on a gun application um which violates.

Federal law and he was never held accountable he was never prosecuted if you want to start start with your boy you know i mean truthfully people you know the thing is like we're coming for your gun so i think police officer will come door to door no because there's plenty plenty of police.

Officers that are you know constitutional patriot american loving uh cops you know you can't say all of them are bad but the thing is is that if if the indication of what happened at rob elementary school um yeah they're gonna send the cops who are too afraid to go go to the school.

Was a woman carrying a pistol shot and killed a man with a ar-15 style firearm that opened fire on a party this is in charleston uh charleston west virginia i'm pretty sure anyhow this guy here police responded to this shooting at.

About 10 45 pm local time on wednesday night they identified the man 37 year old dennis butler who suffered multiple gunshot wounds near vista view apartments the shooter hayeslett said butler had been at the apartment complex earlier in the day where he was approached about.

Speeding while there was a birthday party and graduation graduation party going on nearby in the park across the street he got mad then left the complex shortly after he drove back and pulled up in front of the 1300 renaissance he got out in the back seat and pulled an ar style rifle out and started firing into the.

Crowd noting that there were about thirty to four people at the party a female bystander who was lawfully carrying her firearm pulled her firm and shot and killed him oh sorry hazel it was the uh officer reporting this adding there will be no uh charges filed.

Obviously obviously self-defense you know and this uh shooter the the um the lady who shot him was not a member of law enforcement she was just a member of the community who was carrying her firearm lawfully and instead of running from the threat like those police down in uvalde.

She met it head on she engaged him and took him out with violence of action she saved several lives that night right so self second amendment it's there for a reason you know she she didn't just protect herself should protect a group of people you know um kathy thanks someone told me i love.

My guns more than my children i told her i love my children's that's why i carry my gun exactly kathy that's exactly right but yeah man what a great lady she uh she's she's what we need in society people like that you know um she obviously saves some laws.

And think of a shooter uh someone had been there in a vault with a gun may have may have been able to say those children right but they want to disarm us right slightly buzzer thanks man we present our bank story source politicians our security believe our children are vulnerable in gun-free zones yet 2a is.

Under attack yeah because it's just they're just using this to attack our 2a right but this is this is what i kind of want to leave you with you know is that we have to get back to our roots as americans you know many people lose.

Sight of what we are as people and because of our modern luxuries right we have you know fast food we got tv we got all these things and people forget who we are because of our modern luxuries you know we have military we have police we have first responders and so many assume that they'll never have to fulfill that role right.

You could be driving on the side of the road to see somebody in an accident you have the gear and capabilities to save a life are you carrying a a concealed carry and to save someone if there's an active shooter right our country was founded on the premise that being an american meant that we.

Will fill these roles and that's what set us apart throughout history from everybody else in the world that's what makes americans different and the thing is i want you to understand today is that this is coming directly for me what i want you to understand for me today is that no matter who our politicians.

Are who our president is um they aren't in control we will always be um in control americans you know fighters are warriors that live by an ethos that we do better and we do good we are protectors we are selfless and we will never.

Surrender that or any of the tools to complete those jobs for our community tribe to stop evil no matter who the president is they'll never take that away from us whoever the politicians are they don't control us that's what makes us different that's why we're different.

We are the selfless were the protectors with the warriors that's what america has been and it's always been of course there's dirt bags in our society right now that want to demolish america but they'll never do it because people like us we're out there right all right guys i wanted to keep this.
